If real estate is what you do, the Coldwell Banker Southwest office is where you want to be.  Andy Sommer is redefining the term “customer service”.  As Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker, he is leading Broker Associates to an industry first of 100% customer satisfaction.  This high standard is reached through continued development of all Southwest Independent Agents.  One on one guidance from a non-competing manager an opportunity to examine business strategies and set goals.  Andy’s action and production workshops provide practical applications of Coldwell Banker’s innovative resources while focusing on the proven basics of professional real estate.  These optional weekly sessions coupled with full-time mentoring facilitate Independent Agents in providing the Southwest community with a one-stop-shop for all their real estate needs.

MORE ABOUT ANDY

Andy is known for his strong skills in analysis, leadership, mathematics, negotiation, planning and organization.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Precision Engineering at the Higher Technical College in Austria and a Master’s degree in Customer Service Management by the Marketing Academy in Hamburg, Germany. 

Andy is bilingual, as German is his first language.  He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his 2 children.
